Returns & Exchanges

Zdeno Cycle will only accept returns of approved products within 30 days from the time the order was shipped. All returns must be authorized by a Zdeno Cycle associate, who will supply an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the items in question. The RMA form must be filled out completely and accurately.
We don’t give our customers RMA numbers, we don’t have our population of this right now, each supplier has its own system in place for this and for company use only. 

If authorization for a return is not granted, do not send the product(s) back. Zdeno Cycle will refuse the delivery of the return, and will assume no responsibility of receiving the package.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A store credit may be provided by Zdeno Cycle as a substitute for a refund to the original payment method if mutually agreed upon with the customer. All product(s) must be returned in as new condition; in the original packaging that the products were shipped in, which includes any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. If shipped in a sealed manufacturers’ box or container, that product must be returned in that same sealed box or container free of evidence of tampering. All products returned to Zdeno Cycle will be inspected, and a claim may be rejected based on the condition of the product and its packaging.

Zdeno Cycle does not accept returns on the following products:

  • Body or Exterior: body panels including, but not limited to hoods, trunk lids, bumpers, fenders, spoilers, etc.
  • Electrical/Electronic: products that control, are controlled by, or that include electronic components.
  • Non-Stocking: products that are not regularly stocked.
  • Special Order: also known as non-returnable and/or non-cancellable.
  • Special Sale: regardless of the type of promotions.
  • VIN-specific: products ordered specifically for a particular vehicles’ Vehicle Identification Number.
  • Wear: products that are designed to wear out through use (i.e. brake pads/discs, clutch discs/pressure plates/flywheels, etc.)

We don’t offer any returns, refunds or trades on any used parts

Products returned to Zdeno Cycle that were refused by the receiver or undeliverable by the carrier will be subjected to a return handling fee and will include a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any products returned due to inaccuracies on the website, shipping errors, warranty or damage claims will be considered individually. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return of any product to Zdeno Cycle Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they select are appropriate for their vehicle.

Website Errors
While Zdeno Cycle makes every effort to present up to date pricing and shipping information, errors may occur. Should such errors exist, Zdeno Cycle reserves the right to cancel or reject an order at any time and without notice. If this should happen, or if an issue with shipping prices should arise, the customer will be contacted to determine a solution. Parts pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Zdeno Cycle may cancel or decline an order without warning for reasons such as: erroneous listings on the website, insufficient stock to fulfill an order, concerns regarding customer information, etc. In some cases, the customer may need to be contacted to verify additional information before the order can be processed. Inaccurate or false contact information may result in a cancelled order. Orders can only be shipped to an address that is listed on your credit card. 

We can not ship to PO BOXES

Some products sold by Zdeno Cycle are considered to be for off-road use only, and it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the legality of any product prior to order and installation. Zdeno Cycle cannot be held responsible for any fines or fees suffered by the customer as a result of the order and installation of any product.

All pricing is in Canadian dollars. Taxes are shown at the time of checkout, and change depending on provincial and territorial rates.

For products that are on hand, Zdeno Cycle aims to ship within 1 business day 

(Used parts can take anywhere from a day to a week or two depending on how much labour is required to remove parts, as well as the season, in the winter, parts can be very difficult if frozen outside and even in the peak times of operation, parts can take extra time due to demand and service). So I am hesitant to give a timeline like this.

Shipping Issues
In the unlikely event that a shipped order is received damaged, or short, both Zdeno Cycle and the shipping company need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Note that all packaging material, box(es), and broken products be retained until the carrier’s investigation is complete.

There is no guarantee on the part of Zdeno Cycle that credit will be issued by any carrier. Replacement product(s) will not be shipped until the shipping carrier authorizes it. The length of time required for this authorization process to complete differs between the carriers, and is not influenced by Zdeno Cycle in any way. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted for any damaged or missing product(s). Only replacement products for damaged or missing products will be supplied. Customers who opt to purchase replacement products prior to confirmation of a claim by the shipping carrier will not be credited until the carrier has issued a credit. If no credit is issued, the customer will not receive a credit.

I like this, but it had been repeated in almost every section, I wasn’t sure if this was by intent or not.

Product Warranty
Zdeno Cycle makes every effort to supply its customers with products of the highest quality. Parts warranties cannot be transferred, and apply to the original purchaser alone. At the discretion of Zdeno Cycle, warranty items will only be replaced or repaired. Warranty claims are not eligible for a refund.

Unless otherwise noted on the website, a one year warranty is offered by Zdeno Cycle against manufacturer defects for Mechanical products.

We don’t offer a one year warranty, every manufacturer has it’s own, and there are no warranties on used parts, they are sold as is, final sale, same with all electrical.
No warranty of any kind is offered on Special Order products, Electrical/Electronic products, and Wear products. In each case, all sales are final.

All warranty claims are inspected by Zdeno Cycle. The manufacturer may also request the products back for inspection and testing. There are no assurances of a successful claim until this process has been completed. Zdeno Cycle will not issue a warranty replacement until all required testing has been completed, and the cause of the failure has been identified. The customer may purchase a replacement before testing is complete, but unless the failure is found to be the result of improper manufacturing, a credit will not be issued for the pre-purchased replacement product. If the warranty is rejected, the failed products may be returned at the customers’ expense.

Zdeno Cycle is not responsible for any damage, injury, or harm as a result of the use of any products it sells. Zdeno Cycle shall not be held liable for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs of any kind. This includes labour and/or product replacement. If a successful warranty claim is made, Zdeno Cycle will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from Zdeno Cycle Other products damaged or lost as a result of a confirmed faulty product will not be replaced by Zdeno Cycle under any circumstances. Replacement products will only be shipped by Zdeno Cycle to the address to which the original parts were shipped.

Core Charges
Certain Zdeno Cycle products may have a core charge applied to them at the point of sale. If the core cost was built in to the cost of the part, the customer will be refunded when a satisfactory core has been returned to Zdeno Cycle If the core charge was not applied in error, the customer will be contacted by Zdeno Cycle to pay the core charge or to cancel the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued.

For a core credit to be issued, the returned product must be identical to the unit sold, must be deemed to be in rebuildable condition by Zdeno Cycle and/or its’ supplier, with all components intact, and in their original positions, in the original packaging in which the product was shipped. Evidence of disassembly may be cause for a rejection of a core charge refund.

All cores are inspected by Zdeno Cycle and/or its supplier, and if any do not meet the requirements set forth by the company policy, core credit will be denied, and the core will be considered scrap. If the customer wishes to have the core returned to them in the event of a denied claim, they will be responsible for any related shipping costs.

Cores must be returned to Zdeno Cycle within 30 days of the original purchase to be considered for credit. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Zdeno Cycle and its suppliers require 10 business days to inspect all cores before credit can be approved.

This is not applicable, there are no refunds for cores and as well as most deposits will be non-refundable.
